	Artifact: Avaya CT Integration for Siebel 7.0 Discipline: Publishing, Technical Writing, Software Documentation About: This is an early example of my software documentation work, documenting how to use the Avaya CT softphone supplement for Siebel 7.0. Sharing: This document was available with the release of Avaya CT, it is currently obsolete and both the company and product are now defunct.
	Artifact:Exstream Software's Dialogue System Project Guide Course 1.0 (Dialogue 5.0) Discipline: Publishing, Technical Writing, Training, Course Design About: This is a course that I wrote in conjunction with another technical writer (Elle Sulsan). It was built in Adobe Framemaker and taught the project tasks involved with Dialogue 5.0. The scenario, layout, design, and exercises were written by myself. Sharing: This document was available with the release of Dialogue 5.0, it is currently obsolete and used with permission.
	Artifact: Extream Software's Dialogue System Student Guide Course 1.10 (Dialogue 5.0) Discipline: Publishing, Technical Writing, Training, Course Design About: The counterpart to the course above, this was the Student Guide used to perform the exercises set forth in the Project Guide. Written entirely by myself, it was likewise built in Adobe Framemaker. Sharing: This document was available with the release of Dialogue 5.0, it is currently obsolete and used with permission.
	Artifact: Extream Software's WebSphere MQ Connector Guide Discipline: Publishing, Technical Writing About: This document deals with a more technical subject matter, using a connector application for joint operation with Dialogue and the IBM WebSphere product. Sharing: This document was available with the release of WebSphere 1.0, it is currently obsolete and used with permission.
